understanding the core !
The purpose of HR remain debatable to the most of people who haven't yet understood what HR is actualy about! there has been great misconception in understanding its rea specialy when it comes to less devoloped countries and it even gets worst when it comes to some local companies, not just by owners /"heads" but even a well educated members of the firm are found to link it with some administration task or just a department that applies for vavcnies "recruit" people (who are "referenced" ) so HR is percved to be involove in only geting filled application forms and signed up contract but the fact is HR at its core serves in a sentence that shells inside thousand of things in its shade where orgnization either fertile or losses its culture.letting HR to serve as a glue and magnet for the orgnization is what its purpose and giving it the authority the required freedom and resources is where HR lies and its effectiveness, To attract best talent from maket and retaining cream within orgnization is all about HR and it involves rest of A to Z from training and devolopment to Performance appraisal from this to succession planing, travel managemnt, devising compensation and benfit plan to saetting objective and much moooore ... this what HR is all about rather killing its core and making orgnization from the "stone age"!
